Unnasigned Role not shown in Organization

Describe the bug An unnassigned Role (no held by), created by an organization member (not creator of organization) gets filtered out for this member in the view.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect member to a non owned organization
2. Create & connect new Role (not assigned to persona)
3. Organization owner should accept connection request
4. Role ist not shown any more to the user
5. Role can only be found in Anonymous -> Unassigned Atoms

Expected behavior Role should be accessable
