【1】win11系统，CPU翻译，软件可运行，但翻译内容为空（附件2） 【2】CMD模式，运行NLP-API报错，提示source.spm未找到（附件1）

【update】核心工具存在的路径目录中，不能包含非英文字符，如中文。之前不能运行就是路径目录中含中文名文件夹。现在可以用了。 The path directory containing the core tools must not include non-English characters, such as Chinese. The previous issue with running was due to a folder with a Chinese name in the path directory. so far it works.
