[bug] Cannot capture any traffic in MIUI/HyperOS

Describe the bug After testing, when "Dual band Wi-Fi speed boost", "Switch between networks" or "Use mobile data to boost speed" is enabled in the system settings, there is a possibility that Reqable cannot capture any packet, nor can the application access the network.

To Reproduce

1. Enable all options in "Settings" - "Wi-Fi" - "Network acceleration";
2. Enable Requable;
3. Whether in local capture mode or LAN cooperative capture mode, there is a certain probability that this issue will occur.
4. Once the issue arises, restarting seems to be the simplest solution, and it is still uncertain whether airplane mode can resolve the problem.

Expected behavior This symptom should be fixed, or there should be a warning that Requable cannot running under this mode.
