[bug] 使用模拟器经常需要重装apk才能抓包

Describe the bug 使用模拟器协同电脑抓包，经常vpn不生效，需要模拟器里重装requable才能抓到包

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 使用mumu12模拟器安装requable,任意apk
2. 配置抓包后，关闭模拟器。多试几次应该能出现
3. See error
