Admin console fails if initial pulled release fails to render
Reproduction steps:
- Create a license, assign to a channel whose latest release fails to render correctly.
- Install kots
- Login to console and upload license
Expected: Some error message explaining the problem.
Actual: License page unresponsive indefinitely, attempts to restart admin-console succeed but login page is unresponsive. Pushing a new valid release to the channel doesn't appear to resolve the admin-console's unresponsiveness.
@demophoon Thanks for opening this issue. Can you please elaborate on the first step or give an example? We have tried a few scenarios and the rendering error message does show up when uploading the license.

I believe it was invalid yaml that was rendered in our pipeline but not that i've tried to reproduce it it's managing to elude me.
