cog-stable-diffusion Support for negative prompts & attention slicing

New Stable Diffusion diffusers have support for negative prompts & attention slicing. Can you switch to 0.4.1 to enable those options?

Would be cool to also have weight keywords like cat:0.75!

Added PR with only negative prompt support. So it shouldn't be blocked by DDIM and can be merged.
