Add Pistons

I was trying to made a monostable circuit in the integrated circuits but there are no pistons.

There are a few reasons i did't add pistons:

• Integrated circuits shouldn't have moving parts. Imo that makes sense when comparing it to irl ICs.
• Pistons need block entities, and integrated circuits currently only work with blockstates (mimicking vanilla)

However i don't think that limits them too much, monostables are still possible with normal components.
