chinese char will read as "chinese letter"

Describe the bug I built master with GPU (https://github.com/remsky/Kokoro-FastAPI/commit/29066f7c9f63c3cbb2bc7d96ac3d748fb9a9c65e) with cuda:12.8.1-cudnn-runtime-ubuntu24.04 recently and having this issue

Operating System Docker version 28.3.2, build 578ccf6 WSL version: 2.5.9.0 Windows 11: 10.0.22631

You need to change the language, https://github.com/remsky/Kokoro-FastAPI/issues/376#issuecomment-3182280187.
