Can't seem to install the CameraEngine

I am following all the steps under "Install manually", but still I get the error "No such module CameraEngine"

Please help me.

Try to clean project and re-open Xcode?

Not working, and when I try to install with carthage, it gives an error.

It works on ios9 + swift 2.2, I get the same error for ios 10 + swift 3
