React demo update (wip)

This PR aims to update deps and fix #64.

Update to:

• node 20
• react-scripts 5

Currently there is an issue with loading the main lib:

This does not occur when importing the lib source files directly (tested by temporarily putting the src files in the same dir as GCodePreview.tsx.
