Issues with the TalkBack service in the contacts list

In the latest version (2.2) in the contacts list there are serious problems at work if TalkBack service is enabled, it runs very slow and bad. In previous versions everything worked well. Please fix this problem so that the TalkBack service worked well, and those who use it could comfortably use the app.
