move `Redpanda-Schema-Registry-producing-consuming-Avro-messages` as subfolder of this one
can we move the repo https://github.com/redpanda-data/Redpanda-Schema-Registry-producing-consuming-Avro-messages so that it is a subfolder of this one instead?
in that way we avoid having to reconfigure the CLA assistant again only for that repo
