Rebase baremetal_deploy repo for node-prep and installer roles

Hi,

Do you have a special process to rebase the node-prep and installer roles? We understand they are coming from the baremetal_deploy repository[1].

We want to use JetSki to deploy OCP 4.8+ and above, however with the current version of the roles we see a failure to obtain the correct RHCOS URL, and this was fixed in the baremetal_deploy repository a few months ago[2]
