Display deployment and deployment config for non-odo based OpenShift applications

As a user, if I create an application/component through DevConsole or Docker Desktop, all these applications should be shown in the Application Explorer Tree with the necessary deployment and deployment configs.

User should also be presented with Open in Browser action to the associated component.
