Provide a feedback webview for the extension

Once the extension is loaded, there should be a button/icon to allow users to submit feedback for the extension.

Questionnaire :

  1. How was your experience with OpenShift Connector
  • Add Smileys reactions rounded(icons)
  • Change the smiley to two-tone as it is selected
  1. Input Box to collect anonymous Feedback. (2000 characters limit)
  • Also provide the link to GitHub issues for more detailed feedback
  1. Feedback Send Button
