[enhancement] provide an option to build `.tar` image

Problem

while RedNixOS provides an option for an .iso, I can think of some cases where .tar might come in handy as well (for example: maybe importing it into WSL)

Solution

create an option to build .tar image of RedNix, maybe based on RedNix container
