packaged maes_microscopy

[LeonardoTredese]

Packaged the software so it's easier to use as a dependency.

To install the package get in the directory and run:

pip install .

Example to import the model:

from maes_microscopy.huggingface_mae import MAEModel

[review-notebook-app[bot]]
