When we click on download button, there should be an option to select size of the file, language, subtitles etc.

Language you cannot choose - Any change can be done to select both Language and Subtitles options?
If these are downloaded in Settings / Player / Subtitles / Download language or long press on Play movie / Download Subtitles
This feature you are describing is very unaccessible and "hidden".
It should be possible to select which Language track(s) and subtitle(s) you want to download, Apart from the source of the stream.
