different subtitle name problem help

Describe your suggested feature

Some sites add "Türkçe" or "Türkçe altyazı" instead of Turkish when adding subtitles. Cloudstream naturally detects that there are no Turkish subtitles. I have to manually select them every time. How can I solve this problem? Is there an option where I can add these words?
