git-infer: handle T mode in changes.

In another project replaced a file by a symlink to another file, and I got this git-st:

 T scripts/versy              |  6 +-----
AM versy/__main__.py  |  5 +++++

T is new to me and git-infer probably does the wrong thing for it.
