For Sale Available ~ Prospecting ~ Market Appraisals Discrepancies in DWH

Hi Team,

Eg: For PROP ID: PAL230732

Below image is of the data pulled into Power BI from DWH, where the new status changes for a property is not reflected correctly as it is showing only till Nov 2023 changes and not the Aug 2024 changes. image

But as found in Reapit under Journal entry for the same property, we see the status change for the property in August 2024 for Market Appraisal. image

Similarly we found the same issues for Prospecting, Market Appraisals (Valuation) & For Sale Available

Looking forward for your assistance and explanation on the same.
