Need to move one click deploy root pipebird folder to home path

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users currently are confused about where pipebird codebase is hosted on the one click deploy instances. Currently the codebase is hosted at /pipebird.

Describe the solution you'd like We should move the codebase to ~/pipebird instead of /pipebird.
