Add MYSQL, MariaDB and Mongo DB support

This is needed when you want to use this panel when you are bigger hosting. Right now with SQLite you cannot backup the database remotely. And you cannot integrate other app which are not supporting api

I'll think about making it. I don't know how MongoDB works, but I'll definitely try to add MySQL support.

I'm probably not going to do this, because Dashactyl 1.0 uses MySQL. I'll keep this to the side for now.
