[Feature] Allow the use of the Auto-Generated Material You theme

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The app looks like it uses Material 3, and it has a dependency on a Material 3 library (Saw in the library license page), the question is, is it possible to enable the use of the auto-generated theme of Material You?

Describe the solution you'd like Adding support for Material You. It would technically also allow to add themes.

Describe alternatives you've considered Using Nunti instead, but it has no integrations with external RSS readers (Nextcloud News, for instance).
