Support search in OPDS

Search is supported in most OPDS catalogs, but currently the app doesn't provide any affordance for it.

We need to add a search affordance either:

  • in the navigation bar
  • or using the new search field (only in iOS 11)

This is a good opportunity to improve handling in the parser as well.
