Add Safari 5.1.7

Safari 5.1.7 is the latest version of Safari to support Windows

I have tested it, but it was under VirtualBox and as i can't install the necessary drivers it runs slow either way and i don't have a spare computer laying around. I just assumed that it was slow either way, like Chromium or Mypal

Until this reaches a more usable state, I don't think it makes sense to merge this.

If you feel there is a good reason to do so, or we are mistaken in our analysis here, feel free to re-open the PR or to ask a team member to do that for you if you are unable to do so.
