[Bug]: Images hosted on imgur now no longer work in the UK

Summary

Imgur has withdrawn from the UK in response to the Online Safety Act (OSA).

This breaks all images in the documentation/tutorials that attempt to load from Imgur.

@rickhanlonii I'd like to work on this fix - can you please guide on the fix approach ? Would it be to load images from a different hosting provider instead ?

Would be my first contribution, so your guidance is much appreciated.
