request for Ku.reactjs.org translation

Dear maintainer, I recently tried to translate reactjs official website to Kurdish language(Ku.reactjs.org), but unfortunately I found out that the kurdistan translation community is dead(the last update was about 1 years ago). I also send many emails to maintainers to submit and merge my poll requests but they don't answer. so i was wondered if i can recreate Ku.reactjs.org and translate react website to my mother-tongue language @gaearon @bvaughn @sophiebits @zpao
