Is this project dead?

Hi, I'm facing the same issues as the ones that are open (#14 and #19) and it looks like these issues are not being addressed (even for over a year) and there are no comments from the author, so the question is, is this project dead?

Also, if anyone is wondering the same thing, I solved both of these problems by combining the persist middleware (from the official package) with the shared middleware from "use-broadcast-ts" package.
