[AirbnbRating] Use 'react-native-star-rating-widget' instead 'react-native-ratings'

https://reactnativeelements.com/docs/components/airbnbrating - this component uses react-native-ratings, but this repo has not been updated for more than a year and hase some open issues.

Please consider the react-native-star-rating-widget One of the advantages of this component is the ability to set half a star, not an integer value.
