TextArea is rendering clear icon when it is readonly

Steps to reproduce

Use TextArea with props: readOnly=true, allowClear=true, defaultValue="Some value"

What is expected?

TextArea should not support allowClear when it is readOnly

What is actually happening?

TextArea is rendering clear icon
