Inconsistent use of accents in Safari

Sometimes I can't use accents when using Safari with autoSize.

Expected behavior (Chrome):

I encountered this issue in Safari & wechat pc browser(mac), Reproduce step:

  1. input some Chinese characters with pinyin IME.
  2. press Enter key and continue to input on the next line
  3. go back to the end of the previous line
  4. Now, can only input english characters
