WIP: Feature/update react 18 + improvements

I'm working on a project with react 18 and I decided to update the project for that. I reviewed all the tests.

I'm still testing it, but I'll leave this PR (with WIP) in case anyone wants to help or use it.

Focus on update:

• React 18
• Work on Node 18
• Change tests to Vitest
• Small improvements
• ✏️ WIP (update examples - fix small bugs/warnings)
