Remember last-value

Issue: When a dimmer-actuator is switched on, it automatically goes to 100%.

Desired function: Is it possible to remember the last value of a dimmer-actuator. And send the last value when switching a device on?

I recently discovered this behavior as well and also would like them to remember the last value.

Not sure if I should change that behavior to default or if it's needed to add an configure option and let the user chose. Give me some time to think about it
