"freight-add" better than "freight add" at Readme

readme.md mentions the command syntax "freight add", but it should be better to mention "freight-add", to user looks directly freight-add manpage and uses its options right. Note: FREIGHT_CONF environment variable doesn't work, and "freight" manpage is not giving other way to select configuration file.
