Maintenance status - React locked at < 17.0

Any possibility of small upgrades on this?

It would be nice to have an update to React 18 so that the peerDeps requirements doesn't fail @rcdexta

How did you guys fix this React 18 issue?

I used npm install react-event-timeline --force.

That's what I've been using as well. Just hope that the update is effect so we don't have to do that anymore.
