extract_modules() on larger objects

Hi Robrecht, Thanks for developing this TI tool! I'm having issues running extract_modules() on a relatively large datasets ~117K cells.. it's basically a memory issue, even with 1TB RAM.. Any suggestions on that?

Another question: did you compare the results of SCORPIUS to Monocle3 TI on the same dataset? If yes, what are your thought on how to define the starting node of the trajectory to order the cells?
