enable bonded dhcp interfaces to correctly auto populate DNS entries. stops constant network restarting on non-ipv6 networks... forgot to branch!

Would it be possible to update the README.md, add some rspec tests, split the IPV6INIT into a separate PR, and to resubmit against razorsedge:develop?
