missing `Hardware::CPU.arm` for macos in siren formula

On mac with m1 chips (arm), brew install odpf/taps/optimus causes below error

Error: Invalid formula: /opt/homebrew/Library/Taps/odpf/homebrew-taps/Formula/siren.rb
formulae require at least a URL
