Add: toggle-sidecar script for iPad mirroring

Description

This PR adds a new script command called "Toggle iPad Screen Mirroring (Automatic)".

It allows a user to instantly toggle their Mac's screen connection (Sidecar) to the first available iPad.

• If Sidecar is disconnected, it connects.
• If Sidecar is already connected, it disconnects.

The key feature of this script is that it's fully automatic and finds the first available iPad, unlike other scripts that may require manual setup or providing a device ID.

N/A. This is a silent command. On success, it will briefly display a system toast confirming the action, such as "Connected to My iPad" or "Disconnected from My iPad".

Dependencies / Requirements

Requires macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or newer to access the private SidecarCore.framework. No other dependencies or setup steps are needed.
