Currently, the steam app i.e. doesn't have applescript integration, so it considers a quit command from applescript an unclean exit. It still quit, but throws this error:

execution error: Steam got an error: User canceled. (-128)

Works as expected for me 🔥 Maybe we should consider a preference to poptoroot/clear search bar after quit? What do you think @codesjedi
