Multiple overlays and additional parameters in one HAT config

I need to have several overlays in one HAT EEPROM config file. And more I need to set some additional parameters for the specific overlay. Any idea how to do so? I've tested everything but no success. To have some config in the HAT and the rest in the config.txt file is no the target.
