Remote desktop not working with Raspberry Pi OS Bullseye version and dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3d

Describe the bug
When using 2022-01-28-raspios-bullseye-arm64.img remote desktop connection hangs after login. The result is completely green screen and after a while an error message appears:

This isue seems to be related to these 2 lines in config.txt:

dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3d
When outcommenting the line dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3d it is possible to login and see the desktop, but it acts very, very slow:
- very slow screen rendering, literally see screen being built line by line
- accessing menu also extremely slow, few seconds before items in submenu become visible
- logout extremely slow
Because this is not the speed how I remembered I did a comparison with 2021-05-07-raspios-buster-arm64.img. This version works perfectly withdtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3d:
- normal desktop visible after login
- screen is built very fast
- very quick response when accessing menu
- very cuick response when logging out
In both OS versions I have xrdp installed for remote access.
To reproduce
Install 2022-01-28-raspios-bullseye-arm64.img and xrdp (sudo apt-get install xrdp). Open a remote desktop connection using Windows Remote Desktop and (try to) log in.
Expected behaviour Succesful login, no error screen and quick response on user actions.
Actual behaviour
Not possible to login. When outcommenting the line dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3d it is possible to login and see the desktop, but it acts very, very slow:
- very slow screen rendering, literally see screen being built line by line
- accessing menu also extremely slow, few seconds before items in submenu become visible
- logout extremely slow
