I get an error when updating

I'm getting an error when updating the adapter to the latest version. The strange thing is that when I return to the window, the adapter appears with the new version, but I don't know if it's fully updated. I'm also getting the game controller error when accessing the adapter settings. This is all on Windows 11 23H2.
