Fullscreen + NativeTabs on macOS cause multiple workspaces

Description

Putting applications into Fullscreen creates a new workspace / virtual desktop on macOS. The unexpected behavior of Rio is that when launching in fullscreen mode and then creating a new native tab the application is moved to a new workspace and an empty black one remains.

STR

1.use macOS 2. Set Rio to Fullscreen in config 3. Set tabs to Native 4. Launch Rio 5. Create a new tab

Expected

Rio is started and remains in fullscreen on a single workspace.

Actual

Rio is creating two workspaces after creating the first tab. One of the workspaces remains black.

@raphamorim confirms this on version 0.0.19. It's even worse when I run cargo run on the latest code
