Improve appstream screenshots

The current screenshots are good quality-wise, but for the new Flathub curation initiative we're planning (which uses the first screenshot on featured banners) it'd be better if the first screenshot was a small desktop size rather than mobile (e.g. something like 1000x700). If you could swap the first and third screenshot or add another desktop screenshot as the first one that'd be great.
