Export "Name" annotations in place of original taxa names

If taxa have "Name" annotations, these are displayed in FigTree (v1.4.2, at 
least) in preference to the original taxa names.  However, when exporting the 
tree to Newick, NEXUS, or JSON, the original taxa names are always used.  It 
would be very useful to optionally export trees with the original taxa names 
preferentially replaced by any Name annotations that exist.
