To Reproduce 1. Go to the menu page 2. Click search icon and input text 3. Click add button 4. Save the added activity 5. The newly added activity is not displayed or： 1. Go to the menu page 2. Click search icon and input text 3. Click “Add Activity” from menu page 4. Save the added activity 5. The newly added activity is not displayed

Expected behavior The activity added from the menu search page should display
