Not properly run on windows 10. I get this message when running the usb-reset as administrator. Unable to open device 04d8:000a, are you root? can anybody run it windows 10..?

Libusb cant initialize?

Cant get the program to run on Peppermint OS: ``` sudo usb-reset -a Unable to initialise libusb, exiting. ``` And then nothing more.

Thank you so much for usb-reset! It would be great if there would be a Flatpak available since most folks are not using Snap outside of Ubuntu.
