Installfest, ruby 2.6 ?

ruby 2.6 is the official stable version now. The only info I could find is that Rails developers are working on it... I suppose it means Rails doesn't support it yet, or at least that beginners shouldn't try. I think it would be nice to update the Installfest guide with a note on minimum and maximum ruby version.
